Bio:- Apart from a short time abroad, I've lived in Anstey since 1982 and I've been a Parish Councillor since 2000. I was Chairman of the Council from 2006 to 2010 and 2011 to 2020. I held senior roles at various local authorities in Leicestershire between 1989 and 2011, particularly in planning and transportation. I'm also a volunteer at Bradgate Park on the doorstep of the village. Although Anstey has expanded significantly since 1982, I'm pleased to have helped the village retain its local character and role as a service centre.
