Bio:- Grant Mulligan Cotton is a Parish Councillor of Anstey, nominated Councillor Champion and Chairman of the Neighbourhood Plan Committee. Born and raised in Anstey, Grant attended St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Primary School and English Martyrs Roman Catholic Secondary School and Sixth Form, and graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA Joint Honours in Business Management & International Strategic Enterprise with Spanish and later with a MS in Land and Property Planning and Development.

Working in the property investment and development sector, Grant was keen to transfer his professional experience and academic knowledge to the Anstey Council, to help proactively progress forward with potentially contentious matters such as planning applications, infrastructure and community projects, and to help the local community deliver their future vision for their village through the Anstey Neighbourhood Development Plan policy document.
